What are your service areas?

How do you determine pricing for your services?

Our pricing is based on yard size so that each client receives fair and consistent service rates. Small Yard (¼ acre), Medium Yard (¼ acre - ½ acre), and Large Yard (½ acre - 1 acre). For anything over 1 acre, one of our team members will come out to do a free on-site estimate. Other services including hedging, trimming, yard clean up, mulching, etc. are based job by job and pricing will be provided after our free estimate. We provide transparent, upfront pricing before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Reach out to us to discuss specifics for your project.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We’re proud to offer several ways to save: Monthly Contracts: Save with discounted rates when you sign up for a monthly subscription. 6-12 Month Contracts: Enjoy even greater savings with a long-term commitment. Military & Veteran Discount: As a thank you for your service, we offer special discounts for military members and veterans - please ask us for details.

Question

How does billing work?

For recurring services, subscription payments are billed automatically on the first of each month. Subscriptions are non-refundable and automatically renew until written notice of cancellation is provided. Mid-month cancellations are not eligible for prorated refunds. 6-12 month contracts are billed monthly as well, but we require a full month's payment upfront, as well as a prepayment of the final month as a good faith guarantee. Early termination of the contract will result in a fee of 50% of the remaining contract.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a visit?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a visit. Last minute cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover scheduling costs. Rain and inclement weather may shift our schedule by 1–2 days. Services will resume as soon as conditions permit.
